Traumatic writing

Working on my new book, deals with depression and its effects on the family with the sometimes tragic end that seems to be inevitable. I have been without a job for about half a year, taking care of my sister. She is undergoing therapy and the medication seems to keep her numb from all feelings. The day to day struggle to keep my mind focused is exhausting, but writing about it seems to work.
